Miller Parker, CEO of the Philadelphia Business and Technology Center, a real estate developer and a television and radio producer, died on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023. He was 78.
He was born in Philadelphia in a driving snowstorm on Jan. 23, 1945. Delayed until the following day, the doctor put the wrong date on the birth certificate — an error that would go on to vex Miller for his entire life.
