Climate reparations

Climate reparations

The climate change crisis is not a future possibility but a present reality. From floods in Europe, droughts in Africa and, most recently, heavy rainfall in Dubai, the rapidly changing climate is already affecting millions of people around the world, particularly the developing countries and vulnerable communities who have contributed the least to climate change.

Though multilateral bodies, donors and lenders are trying to mobilize climate finance for poor countries I believe they should be able to avail a temporary suspension of interest payments on debt.
