If you’re not familiar with TALA, you’ve likely heard of the British sports brand. Launched back in 2019 by Grace Beverley, the fitness influencer and CEO of fitness app Shreddy, the 26-year-old has continued to disrupt the activewear market with her sell-out athleisure wear loved by fashion girlies and fitness pros alike.

Do TALA do Black Friday?
Oh yes! The London-based brand has confirmed it will be participating in Black Friday again this year, so whether you’re wanting to add to your ever-growing TALA collection or make your first purchase from the brand, we can’t think of a better time to shop.
What to expect for Black Friday 2023?
Last year, TALA offered up to 60% off sitewide (!!) lasting from Black Friday until Cyber Monday. Yep, the deal saw the bestselling BBL jacket discounted by 30%, the entire athleisure DayFlex Collection at 20% off, and the brand’s performance activewear collection SkinLuxe had up to 50% off.
You better believe we’ve got our fingers crossed for more of the same – if not better – this year.
When is Black Friday 2023?
This year, Black Friday falls on Friday the 24th of November, with most retailers carrying on their sale throughout the weekend and ending at midnight on Monday the 27th November – AKA Cyber Monday. Most brands have already started their Black Friday deals in the run up to the big day.
While we can’t confirm *exactly* what discounts are on offer for TALA’s Black Friday 2023 sale just yet, we do know this year they’re coming early. Landing on Thursday 23rd November (AKA tomorrow) to be specific.
To be amongst the first to find out and shop this year’s deals, simply sign up for early access via this TALA Black Friday form. By signing up, shoppers will receive invite-only access to be the first to shop the sale between 10am-12pm on Thursday, a whole two hours before the website will open to all customers at midday.
What is Black Friday 2023?
Starting out in the US, the sales event that falls on the last Friday of November has also become big news on this side of the pond in recent years. It’s primarily an online affair that sees retailers across fashion, beauty, home, tech and more offer discounts and sales on their products.

Sculpt Seamless Scrunch Legging
These are a best seller for good reason, not only are these seamless leggings super flattering thanks to a subtle scrunch bum design (*insert peach emoji here*) but the fabric is SO soft – and obvs made from post-consumer recycled materials. In 12 different colourways, you can’t go wrong with black leggings IMO.
Oversized Reversible Quilted Jacket
TALA offers so much more than just activewear. Take their outerwear, for example. Trend-led silhouettes and designs that are perfect for throwing on over your gym wear or wearing out and about with jeans and a jumper. The best part about this quilted number is it’s reversible, revealing an army green hue one side and a light olive colourway the other. Did someone say two jackets in one?

When the original TALA Volley dropped in 2021, there was a 13,000 person waitlist. Seriously. Though it’s probably not surprising, a crew neck sweatshirt with cuffed sleeves and preferably a logo on the chest is a wardrobe staple if you ask us. SkinLuxe Zip Through Running Top
So much more than just a running jacket, this style quickly went viral on TikTok dubbed the BBL jacket so-called because of its curve-enhancing effects. With a second-skin feel, the jacket has a form-fitting silhouette that creates a waist-carving look we are here for. Now we just need to work out which of the nine colourways is our favourite…
