Frankfort police arrested a Shelbyville woman, who had a four outstanding warrants, at Speedway on Versailles Road late Wednesday.
According to her arrest citation, law enforcement noticed 49-year-old Kimberly Showalter “making movements to deter officers” and ran her vehicle’s license plate through the system. She reportedly had four warrants out for her arrest.
