We’re learning more about a man and his family who died after their boat capsized roughly 40 miles out of Seward.
According to his brother, Joshua Green was an avid outdoorsman and musician, who provided love to his family and students.
The 60-year-old green worked as a teacher, coach, and administrator in the Anchorage School District for over 30 years.
After retiring from ASD, he took a job teaching in Seward, which his brother says is a great example of the kind of person he was.
