Kristine A. Snow, president of Cisco Systems Capital, the captive financing entity within Cisco Systems, will retire after serving as president of the company since 2009.
During Snow’s 15-year tenure, she oversaw the company’s technology financing, channel financing and Cisco Refresh businesses. Under her leadership, the technology financing portfolio more than doubled in size, the business expanded to more than 120 countries, and the channel financing business more than doubled in volume. Additionally, Cisco Refresh established itself as a contributor to Cisco’s sustainability efforts. During the pandemic, Snow led Cisco’s Business Resiliency Program, which provided customers access to an additional $2.5 billion in financing.
Throughout her career, Snow has been a relentless champion for women and other underrepresented communities. While at Cisco, she served as the inaugural executive sponsor for the Finance Women’s Network, executive sponsor for the Cisco Social Justice Action 9 initiative focused on bringing capital and funding to African American/Black communities and Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and board member on the Cisco Women’s Advisory Group.
Outside of Cisco, Snow was recognized with the top leadership position within the equipment finance industry, serving as the chair of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, as well as serving on the association’s board of directors and executive committee. She has been honored with industry and philanthropic awards, such as Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and YWCA Tribute to Women (TWIN).
