A wanted Cheyenne man is behind bars following a high-risk warrant service at his home.
According to a booking sheet, police contacted 43-year-old Joshua Casey Osban inside his home at 2722 O’Neil Ave. shortly before 9:30 last night, Sept. 13.
“Osban exited the residence, complied with all commands, and was taken into custody without incident,” police said in a Facebook post early Thursday afternoon.
Osban had a warrant for failure to comply with original charges of strangulation of a household member and violating a protection order.
The warrant was signed by Laramie County District Court Judge Thomas Campbell on Aug. 30, 2023.
Police say the high-risk warrant service was pre-planned and extra precautions were taken to ensure the safety of everyone in the area.
