Scheduled to open Nov. 30 at Nassau Park Pavilion, the location marks the chain’s fourth spot in New Jersey, following cafés in Jersey City and Hoboken as well as a kiosk at Newark Liberty International Airport’s Terminal A.
Founded in 2013 by former Australian football player Nick Stone, Bluestone Lane offers artisanal coffee beverages and full table service of all-day breakfast, brunch and lunch, including toasts, bowls, wraps, salads and pastries.
Named as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies in New York City, Bluestone Lane now has more than 60 locations throughout the U.S. As part of an ongoing expansion effort, the company is growing its footprint in New Jersey, with plans in the works to launch at Bergen Town Center in Paramus.
Along with operating coffee shops and cafés, Bluestone Lane offers a suite of consumer package goods, including whole bean coffee, compostable espresso coffee, pods, teas, cold-pressed juices and bakery items. The brand has also forged several partnerships, including with hotel chain Hilton, actress Kate Hudson’s wellness brand, dating app Bumble, coworking space WeWork and coconut water beverage brand Vita Coco Co.
Its newest collaboration with New York Magazine allows subscribers to redeem a $15 credit to Bluestone Lane and a chance to win a year’s worth of free coffee delivery.
In advance of the grand opening in Princeton, Stone said, “Our mission has always been to make everyone feel like a local, fostering connection through our welcoming, authentic spaces.
