The Atlanta University Center in Atlanta, Georgia, will host a National N’Daba (Great Gathering) Reparations Summit on November 1-2, 2024, in collaboration with 100 Black students and young leaders. Within the current Complete Reparations Movement, a varied and developing mix of committee members, presenters, and young campaigners will participate in this year’s fourth annual National N’Daba (Great Gathering).
The lengthy, intricate, and sometimes violent history of how Black people have been treated in America has gained significant attention recently. Given the historical and contemporary impact of Black Americans’ failure to attain and uphold equality in this nation, it is imperative that we not only have a conversation about full reparations but also develop a unique model and implementation of the National Reparations Declaration under the guidance of a knowledgeable committee and young organizers.

The youth and participants in this year’s national N’Daba/summit on reparations will have four advantages: Within the prevailing and complete reparations movement, the tactic and approach of functional unity and co-leadership, The “Collective Culture Model” will be established to orient us to the real process and methodology of obtaining full reparations, and a wide range of the country’s top Black students, Black youth, and Black scholars representing various theological, political, philosophical, and ideological perspectives will take part.
In addition, the establishment of select committees in the areas of public and mental health, economics and investments, state and land acquisition, education and culture, and public policy and law There will be training on coordinating sustainability and health for co-leadership of trauma-based work, as well as the creation, coordination, and execution of local organizing committees for full restitution.
