Black Business Expo is Saturday

The African American Cultural Alliance of Lancaster is presenting its Black Business Expo this weekend.

It is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, at The Shops at Rockvale, 35 S. Willowdale Drive, in East Lampeter Township. Twenty-five vendors have signed up to participate, alliance President Vincent Smith said.

The annual celebration showcases Black entrepreneurs from around the region, highlighting their achievements and contribution to the local economy. Their wares include food, crafts, clothing, health and beauty products and more.

This year’s edition takes place during Black Business Month, recognizing the contributions of the more than 3.2 million Black-owned businesses in the United States.
