Black Business Awards Month luncheon to honor 5

BELOIT — Five African-American business leaders will be honored on Thursday, Aug. 8 at the Fourth Annual Black Business Month Award luncheon.

The event is organized by Rock County JumpStart, a nonprofit business incubator and consulting business that helps entrepreneurs start and grow businesses.
