LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Elaine Allen, a Lexington construction company, held a grand opening of its new 5,000-square-foot building on Winchester Road.
This African American-owned business has a lot to celebrate.
They also won the $4 million bid to work on a huge project in the city: the Town Branch Park.
Elaine Allen is in charge of building a big part of the park: the amphitheater.
