Sen. Black pre-files bills addressing foreign ownership of ag land and creating mental health treatment courts (LISTEN)

One major priority for Republicans in the state legislature that fell short the past couple of years would limit foreign ownership of agricultural land in Missouri.

Senator Rusty Black of Chillicothe tells Anthony Morabith that he has pre-filed that bill, among others, including creating mental health treatment courts.
