Free event aims to strengthen mental health in Black men through education and support

A multi-city tour for Black men has a simple mission; To address mental health.

The national Black male mental health tour Just Heal, Brois returning for its third visit to the Greater Columbus Convention Center next Saturday for a day of conversation to help Black men not just survive, but thrive.

Organizers say they want to help Black men to find strength in vulnerability as well as to get mental and emotional healing through education and community.

“We’re giving practical information for brothers to implement today, and inspiration with figures and faces they don’t commonly see with mental health,”Lawrence Adjah, host of Just Heal, Bro said.

Actor Laman Rucker is set to speak at the event, and free resources for grooming and self-care will be on hand.
