Southern Illinois Black Maternal Health Fair to host speakers, giveaway

CARBONDALE — The 2024 Black Maternal Health Fair will offer speakers, food, resources and giveaways from 2 to 5 p.m. April 13 at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Hather Doula Services, The Little Resource Center, Southern Illinois Hospital and Planned Parenthood of Illinois are partnering to present the fair, which introduces Black Maternal Health week April 11 to 17. The fair is free and open to the community.
