Black Men’s Health to host local forum on diabetes

The diabetes forum is hosted by Black Men's Health and the Tallahassee Chapter of 100 Black Men.

Residents can learn more about the pitfalls of diabetes in a forum hosted by Black Men’s Health and the Tallahassee Chapter of 100 Black Men.

The forum takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 29 at Leon County Health Department, Community Room, 872 W. Orange Avenue.

Featured speakers will be Dr. Otis W. Kirksey, director of pharmacy services at the Neighborhood Medical Center, Dr. Antoni Kafrouni Gerges, an endocrinologist at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare and John Bruce, program director Men’s Health Network.
