Clarence Edmond Shackelford (AKA) “M1Y” – The Artist, a publicist, the founder of Tour Tyler Texas and also the founder of Texas African American Museum both programs are under the auspices of the Empowerment Community Development Corporation, which is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit.
On May 11, 2023 the Empowerment Community Development Corporation – Small Business Expo 2023 was sponsored by Cadence Bank in Tyler, Texas. Vendors was able to sign up for free vendors space at this annual event.
At the end of the event the grand prize was a the Chromebook give away.
The small business expo was absolutely fantastic! Interacting with local entrepreneurs and business owners was incredibly inspiring. I had a great time connecting with business professionals in my community. I’m looking forward to the next opportunity. I’d also like to express my gratitude to Cadence bank for the generous gift of the Chromebook. This will greatly enhance my ability to generate insurance quotes while working outside of my office!
